Key to abundance in life
Nature has created this world full of abundance. Be it the gushing rivers, the drizzling rain, the fresh air we breathe, the majestic mountains, the treasures of the ocean, the ball of fire which burns to provide us light, the dense forests filled with entire animal kingdom, the endless variety of plants and the list could just go on and on. The more we notice the more is there for us.
In order to notice the beauty we need to be present in the moment. We need to be listening through all our five senses. See the magnificence around us, hear the soothing melodies, breathe in the freshness, touch something which connects you to mother earth or relish the sweet water from a fresh stream running down a mountain. Using the senses to experience the abundance makes us feel cheerful, energetic and blissful.
I am sure all of us would love to experience abundance as an ongoing process. A mystical way to achieve it is by saying thank you to all the good that has come into our lives. Express gratitude to the goodness that you see around you. I do sessions with hundreds and thousands of entrepreneurs on regular basis. I am truly grateful to touch, move and inspire so many lives. I follow a regular process before starting any session I ask them “Tell one good thing that has happened with you recently. This enables them to observe the good in life and focus on it. I firmly believe whatever you focus on expands.
Recently in one of my mastermind groups which I am coaching, there is a habit which is inculcated. This habit is writing gratitude daily to 3 people who have touched your lives. The group members have shared experiencing enhanced happiness, feeling light and joy. One of them felt that his spouse is doing so much for him and he planned a surprise party for his wife. The relationship happiness quotient is definitely going to go up.
So if you are looking for abundance in life then start with an act of gratitude. Keep expressing gratitude towards every little thing that is falling in place for you. There could be gratitude to the security guards of your building, the milkman, the maids, the policemen, the family members, the farmer who is tilling the soil for you, the sweepers who are keeping your city clean, the clients who are giving you money as a value exchange, the friends who stand by you, the critics who inspire you to do better, the school teacher who gave you knowledge, the office colleague who shared food with you, the parking attendant who put your car in valet, the movies that changed your outlook and the list goes on. You could also be thankful to technology, your home, devices, gadgets, inventions, money, clothes, food and many more things. The more we thank them the more of it comes to us. So gratitude is the key to abundance
