The engineer
Kedar trained as a construction engineer and did his postgraduate in Construction Management at NICMAR. For a decade he managed projects where a mistake cost crores: corporate interiors, then three years heading a new hospital for the Hinduja Group in Mumbai, where he personally certified every rupee of the billing.
What stayed: discipline and detail. It is why his frameworks fit on one page and his teams can actually use them on Monday.
The business owner
He went into a contracting partnership on a handshake, found out eighteen months later that the values did not match, and walked away to build his own interiors firm from scratch. To grow it, he joined a business networking group and learned the lesson that still runs his work.
What stayed: it is not enough to be the best. You have to be known as the best and seen as the best. He teaches it today as RRR: be Remembered, Recalled and Referred.

By then Kedar knew training was his calling. His money was stuck in receivables, so he decided to sell the home he lived in to fund the switch. A buyer paid a token. Reena told him to go; she is the reason he had the courage to. Then, on her birthday, demonetisation was announced. Every stuck payment came in that week. The buyer backed out. He did not need to sell. He went full time into training that month and has never gone back.
What stayed: the challenge is never resources. It is a resourceful mindset.
The trainer
Kedar had never trained anyone when a national training director watched him do a short slot and told him he should. He said yes before he knew how. Within a few years he was co training a national programme every month for 27 months straight, to rooms of 1,000 to 3,000 people. He got that role because he kept showing up to trainings most trainers skip, and when the moment came, the right person knew his name.
What stayed: show up consistently, and the room will do the rest. In 2020 that became Charge Up Life, a 12 crore client who is now at 54, and the corporate work that fills his calendar today.
